Dolce Élite Bakehouse ("we", "us") operates this wholesale ordering platform for cafés, coffee shops and restaurants in the United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how it is handled.

What we collect

• Account details — business name, contact person, phone, email, delivery address.
• Verification documents — a copy of your trade licence and Emirates ID, collected once at registration solely to verify that your business is genuine before wholesale terms are offered.
• Orders — the products, quantities, comments and delivery details of orders you place, kept as your order history and for invoicing.
• Custom order requests — any description or sample photo you choose to send us.

How it is used

• To verify and approve café accounts, fulfil orders and arrange delivery.
• To contact you about your orders (including by phone or WhatsApp).
• To issue receipts and keep the accounting records UAE law requires.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
• We do not use your documents for anything except verification.
• We do not send marketing you have not asked for.

Storage & security

Data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure. Access to café records is restricted to authorised Dolce Élite staff; café accounts can only ever read their own data. Verification documents are visible to staff only.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the information we hold about your business, ask us to correct it, or ask for your account and documents to be deleted (subject to records we must keep for tax and accounting purposes). Contact us on WhatsApp +971 56 861 8100.
